Dave Technical Services (DTS) are manufacturers of Plastic Machinery (Blow Molding & Injection molding machines), Moulds and Product Developments Based in Mumbai, India since 1982.
Apart from commercial activities, we have been working for Entrepreneurship & small Industry development through knowledge sharing, training and motivation for quite some time now.
DTS have specially developed Compact (Mini) Plastics Injection molding and Blow moulding machine models suitable to provide Training and educational demonstration to students in schools, Colleges, Plastic Institute, ITI’s and other Govt. / Non Govt. training centers.
Practical Training on machine during learning stage facilitate students to have experience of machine working, its processing technique and fundamentals, machine setting parameters, trouble shoots and guidelines for achieving quality production.
Simple operations allow students to work independently on machine to understand and have feel of the process. The machine can also be dismantled and re-assembled by them to have in depth knowledge of the process and machine construction.
This will enhance their confidence, provide thinking lines for new ideas, machine and process development and create platform for practical learning and evaluations.
These machines apart from training are also Ideal for Students and Entrepreneurs to set up own industry after college and provide sustainable Business Opportunity in their hands, while providing employment opportunities for others. Equally useful for Self-help groups, Women’s empowerment schemes, schemes for employment generation and new industry developments aiding “MAKE IN INDIA” call from our hon. Prime minister Shri Narendra Modi.
The Blow moulding & Injection moulding machine models are available to operate on Single / three phase power, requires minimum space and maintenance, capable to produce wide product range on it and be installed in easily in rural as well as urban areas.
Our machines have been supplied to CIPET (Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology) Bhopal, IIT (Indian Institute Of Technology) Delhi & IIT, Mumbai, ICT (Institute of Chemical Technology), GITAM University, Vishakhapatnam, Assam Engineering College Guwahati, M S Ramaiah University, Bangalore, BEV College of Engg, Hubli, DEC infrastructures, Chittor, Andhra University, Vizag, Ministry of Education and Highways - Srilanka, Sultan University Riyadh, Mini Blow machine displayed at Nehru Centre, Mumbai by IPCL (now RIL - Reliance Industries Ltd) and to other satisfied customers.
We also have been visiting as Guest for training in EDP and other plastic industry and self-Development programs by CIPET, SISI, SIES school of packaging, MCED, MITCON and other Government and Non Govt institutions.

Also useful in additives testing, compounding, Prototyping and other such applications
ASTM/ISO Specimen Moulding: Moulding of Dumbell shape and Izod / charpy Impact test specimens in testing laboratories and in-house facilities
Education and Training: Imparting Training and educational demonstration to students in Engineering Colleges & polytechnic & Plastic Institute.
Skill development and Incubation Centers: Combining simplicity with latest technology the machine model is suitable for training at Industrial training Centers (ITI), Incubation center, Government. / Non Govt.
